Getting Ready

Before You Arrive

Registration & Confirmation
Once your registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your event details and QR code. Please ensure this is saved and accessible for check-in on arrival.

The conference will be held in Melbourne, Victoria, a well-connected international city.

Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) is approximately 20–30 minutes from the CBD. Transport options include:

  • SkyBus services operate regularly between the airport and the city
  • Taxi ranks are located directly outside the terminals
  • Rideshare services available via designated pick-up zones

Delegates are encouraged to plan airport transfers in advance during peak travel times.

A range of hotels is available within close proximity to the conference venue, catering to different budgets and preferences. Delegates are encouraged to book early to secure preferred accommodation and rates.
The official ISANA white-label conference app (powered by Accelevents) is your central hub for the event experience.

The app will also provide important announcements and updates leading up to the event.

All catering includes dietary requirements submitted during registration. Please ensure all dietary needs are provided at the time of registration so arrangements can be made in advance.
Please refer to the registration terms and conditions for full details regarding cancellations, transfers, and refunds. All requests must be submitted in writing to the conference team.

At the Conference

On the Day

Registration Desk

The registration desk will be open from 8:00 am on both conference days.

Upon arrival, delegates will receive:

  • Name badge
  • Lanyard
  • Conference materials

Please have your QR code or confirmation email ready for a smooth check-in process.

Using the Conference App Onsite

The ISANA conference app is your essential tool throughout the event.

During the conference, use the app to:

  • Access live session information and updates
  • View and join scheduled sessions
  • Provide session feedback
  • Engage in networking with other delegates
  • Receive real-time announcements and alerts

We encourage all delegates to use the app throughout the event to enhance their experience.

Networking Opportunities

The conference is designed to support meaningful professional connection and collaboration.

Catering

All catering is included with your registration. Meals and refreshments will be served in designated networking and exhibition areas. Dietary requirements will be accommodated based on information provided during registration.

The program includes multiple concurrent sessions across a range of themes.

Delegates are encouraged to:

Conference Dinner & Awards

The ISANA Conference Welcome Dinner and Awards Ceremony will take place on the evening of Day 1, 8 September 2026. Full registration includes dinner access. This evening celebrates excellence across the sector and provides a key opportunity for networking and recognition.
